Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Olivia Spaces only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. Since no online payment is made, refunds are only applicable for returned or rejected items under the conditions stated below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product you received:

  • Is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Is incorrect or not as described on our website

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds
Since we only use Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed in the following manner:

  • If the return is approved before payment, you may reject the item at delivery, and no payment will be required.

  • If payment has already been made upon delivery, a replacement or refund will be arranged through communication with our support team.

  • Refunds are processed only for valid cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6. Replacements
If your item qualifies for a return, you may choose to receive:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • A refund if the item is no longer in stock.

7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned as per the conditions above.
